David Horrigan is kCura’s e-discovery counsel and legal content director. An attorney, law school guest lecturer, e-discovery industry analyst, and award-winning journalist, David has served as counsel at the Entertainment Software Association, reporter and assistant editor at The National Law Journal, and analyst and counsel at 451 Research. He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of Legaltech News and the Data Law Board of Advisors at the Yeshiva University Cardozo Law School. David holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and he studied international law at Universiteit Leiden in the Netherlands. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.

Ms. Serkes is a dynamic leader with an extensive background spanning over 20 years in software marketing, product management and corporate strategy, particularly in document processing, computer telephony and speech recognition. One of Valora's original founders, Ms. Serkes has been actively involved in Valora since its inception in 2000. Today, Ms. Serkes oversees Sales & Marketing, Finance & Administration, Operations, Engineering and Corporate Strategy.
A graduate of both Harvard Business School and MIT, Ms. Serkes is a frequent industry speaker and panelist. She is an active participant in the Women Presidents' Org., The Commonwealth Institute, the MIT Enterprise Forum, the Massachusetts Software Council and the Network of Harvard Alumnae. Ms. Serkes serves on the boards of several technology and service start-ups. Ms. Serkes was named a 2006 "Woman to Watch" by Womens' Business magazine.

Finance, the AIIM Expert Blog, and many others. He is continually giving back to the information management community through his work with Information Coalition, the Information Governance Conference, as well as both AIIM and ARMA. Nick is also the Co-Creator of the ARMA Information Governance Professional (IGP) educational course. When not adding to his collection of certificates and certifications (CIP, IGP, SharePointm, BPMm, E2.0m, ECMm, ERMm, IMCP), he is likely spending time with his son, Conor Atom.
